The challenge is, to respond in the most efficient manner to the largest, impending, physical event in the history of civilization, in the form of the start of the next Ice Age with the Sun going inactive sometime in the 2050s timeframe. The challenge is so great that it will determine the future existence of all the northern nations on Earth, like Canada, Russia, most nations of Europe, some parts of Asia, and to a large measure the USA.

While I totally,and would publicly disagree with your theory , and or timeframe, due to multiple ,actual reasons…
Multiple lazer systems around the planet ,will be powered by combination of ,solar , and hydroxy gas driven generators, in turn powering the lazer systems that will flash boil sea water, ascending
it into the atmosphere , by way of additional rotary pulse lazers,creating a tornodoe ,and disipataded into the jet streams,furthermore, the double sided satellites orbiting directly above them
will, one side , disipate the and rewarm the steam, causing it to rise further ,which it will then freeze, colect into masses ,radiply fall,ofcourse causing rain…and also,,,sunlite,sort of…not that this part of the universe is running out of food to feed the sun ,,,any time soon.
As someone who understands very little about what is talked about in this video, I do have a question: is there any evidence that just before the sun goes inactive, it might have an energy burst where it would "momentarily" burn hotter than normal?
