  1. G’day,
Regarding Hagibis typhoon, this drama could have been averted using another understanding of cyclonic generation. The system exists & is available for a fraction of the cost of a single Hurricane, and can technically bring down a H5 within 1/2 hour. The main problem is the mind of so-called scientists who would take exception of something they failed to discover. Indeed the scientific mind can perceive only what it has been fed in. So no remedy, as indeed I have proposed my solution to PM Shinzo Abe well before Hagibis struck. The answer was, this is a joke ! So was it done to leaders in US, MacCain, Obama etc. who did not even bother to reply by courtesy
Typhoons or Hurricane are seen by all Leaders as an Act-of-God, hence with no remedy…and most people think likewise. Here we see the results.
Was not in the past advances in understanding achieved against the overwhelming consensus of all.
Simple question, but with grave implications.
    Best.
