In Haiti, authorities reported at least 12 deaths in the northwest, where flooding damaged homes, farmland, roads, crops, a bridge, and a local hospital. Port-de-Paix, Saint-Louis-du-Nord, and Anse-à-Foleur were listed among the hardest-hit towns.

According to the Disaster Charter, more than 300 mm (11.8 inches) of rain fell in some areas of the Dominican Republic within just 24 hours, leading to widespread urban flooding, river overflow, and infrastructure damage. The most severe impacts were reported in Santo Domingo and the surrounding provinces
The flooding has also disrupted essential services, including electricity, water supply, transportation routes, and schools. Authorities have reported damage to over 1 000 homes and the evacuation of more than 5 000 people to temporary shelters and safer areas.
