Colossal waterspout spotted in southwest China

A massive waterspout made landfall in Beihai City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in southwest China on September 17, 2019. The twister lasted approximately 10 minutes. 

The footage was captured at the Silver Beach, local Yintan, and considered very rare for the region.

 The video shows the stages of the waterspout evolution from swirling dust to a colossal water column reaching towards the sky.
