A bright fireball was seen streaking through the twilight sky over England, UK around 17:19 UTC on November 29, 2017. The event lasted about 3 seconds.

The International Meteor Organization (IMO) collected 24 reports within the first 3 hours. The fireball was seen from England and Wales, UK and Bretagne, France.

There are no reports of a sound associated with the event.

NEMETODE's all-sky camera at Ravensmoor detected the fireball at 17:06 UTC. Their initial analysis suggests a magnitude -6.9 December Alpha Draconid. "We are awaiting additional network data to confirm shower and absolute magnitude."
