Magnitude 6.2 earthquake struck at Atlantic-Pacific Ridge at 14:59:26 UTC. Location of epicenter is 1764 km (1096 miles) W of Swain’s Island, 2011 km (1249 miles) N of Mt. Siple, Antarctica, 3384 km (2102 miles) S of Adamstown, Pitcairn Islands (55.303°S, 128.795°W) and depth of earthquake at epicenter was 1.1 km (~0.7 mile) (poorly constrained) according to USGS.
EMSC registered 6.0 magnitude at depth of 10 km.
