• Tropical Storm Utor developed in western North Pacific

    Tropical Depression 11W formed in the western North Pacific Ocean on August 8, 2013 and by August 9, 2013 it became tropical storm and was named Utor (Labuyo). Tropical Storm Utor is now tracking toward Luzon, in the Northern Philippines.
