Suspicious0bservers whos 2min videos are pretty well known in our growing global community published an interesting video with recorded sounds from HAARP Induction Magnetometer. Below is video, comments are welcome.

The image below is a todays time-frequency spectrogram, which shows the frequency content of signals recorded by the HAARP Induction Magnetometer. This instrument, provided by the University of Tokyo, measures temporal variations in the geomagnetic field in the ULF (ultra-low frequency) range of 0-5 Hz. The spectrogram images are produced by computing the PSD (power spectral density) of successive 102.4-second segments of timeseries data, and plotting these spectra as color/intensity slices along a 24-hour scale.

Spectrogram processing

The HAARP Induction Magnetometer was provided by Prof. Kanji Hayashi of the Department of Earth and Planetary Physics, University of Tokyo. This instrument measures the geomagnetic field using three orthogonal sensors aligned along the magnetic north (Bx), magnetic east (By), and vertical (Bz) directions. The data acquisition system samples these signals continuously at a 10 Hz rate with 16-bit resolution, producing timeseries data.

Data processing for this instrument begins by converting the binary timeseries to the HAARP standard netCDF format. These netCDF files contain the same timeseries data, but include scale factors and other metadata to provide self-describing datasets. New datafiles are created each day at 00:00 UTC. Each 24-hour netCDF datafile is approximately 5.6 MB in size, containing 864,000 samples of Bx, By, and Bz.

Spectrograms are produced from the timeseries by computing the Power Spectral Density (PSD) of successive 102.4 second (1024 point) segments of data using the Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) technique. Each 24-hour continuous timeseries yields 844 individual PSD plots with 0.01 Hz resolution from 0 to 5.0 Hz. The spectrograms are visualized using a color/intensity map to produce a 2-D image from the data. The DISLIN Scientific Data Plotting library is used to generate the plots.

Audio files are created by converting the raw 10 Hz sampled waveform (Bx channel) to a WAV file at 44.1 kHz, resulting in a playback speedup of 4410 times. This means 24 hours of data plays back in about 20 seconds and signals near 1 Hz (normally inaudible) are played back at 4.4 kHz. The large 1.7 MB WAV file is compressed into a 150 kB mp3 file using the lame encoder. The Adobe Flash plugin is required for playback.

All data processing is performed on a GNU/Linux system in the HAARP Diagnostic Data Center using C++and Python routines.

    1. First of all I would suggest, these extraordinary measurements result from recent solar radiation storms – reported as such on June 10- 12, what was diue to all free available data such as GOES magnetometer likely a proton event.
      No doubt that protons events are the strongest of all solar eruptions . All we see or photograph is based on visible light (and photons/light again is based on electron energies ) Proton events cannot ( despite their minor electrons load they carried along) not be detected on satellite imagery or common electron based magnetometers but only by a special instrument mounted on ACE measuring the PROTON FLUX the Sun.. Some of Einsteins followers will break already their heads about it, since protons just seem to have first a paradox effect: they obvioulsy swallow electrons and thus seem FIRST to diminuish the electrical load of the geomag field, but likely seem to trigger ( NOAA just chekcsk technical effects) a whole range of later geological and weather effects. Nevertherless accelerated protons have a maybe 1000 times higher cinetic energy than comparable electron loaded or neutral CMEs (the main type of solar eruptions)
      Regarding the HAARP. project, the internet community is rather suspicious. You find mainly pure SUPERMAN ideas such as ” NASA caused Fukushima earthquake with HAARP”. If you ask them how much energy is necessary to move Millions of cubic- kilometers of solid rock in the Earth crust, they will answer you: HAARP used the impact of two strong CMEs on March 09 and 10 2011) in other words: some kind of butterfly effect ( chaos theory)- to triggger the events. I dont believe that. The reason for those conspiracy theories- resp. the mistake by NASA is. Different to most solar projects, this project is kept secretly at all. . Clicking on the in link below ( ” HAARP latest magnetometer values) I just got the answer ” forbidden restricted web content”.

      Otherwise i unfortunately also catched NOAA/ NASA deleting data in all web archives of SDO and STEREO from a sudden electron outburst /storm on June 06 , showing a short electron outburst i have never seen before. these images all were erased on NASA webarchives , after I had recorded and uploaded the missing images on my latest youtube video (search for: lighttowers) I tried to reach NASA by their youtube account ( was it by mistake?)but got no answer yet.
      I was also asking what this giant project is worth with any censorship, if NASA sees the rest of the world as their kindergarden or just the CIA and USgov. will finaly see critiaal images!?

      1. add: I checked out recent satellite data. There was neither any significant rise in protons electron, or gamma background flux over the last days, that could explain what NASA called ” solar radiation storm” what for itself then triggered a minor geomagnetic storm on June- 12- 2012.

        the only measured real event was what I observed on June 04 ( not June 06) as an sudden increase of electron flux at 20: 45 UTC for about 1 minute with values jumping up to at least 10- x time above normal, followed by strong energetic fluctuations those ( if this was not caused when this electron outburst hit the SDO objectives) included the entire sun disc for hours- what I as an amateur interpretated as an electron storm on the Sun lasting until noon of June 05. The last electron storm in March 2012– so NASA was first believed to cause serious satellite damages, but developed its effects weeks later, as the electrons assembled around the geomag field
        However. the Russian” cosmic ray” station in Moscow measured a n increase in Neutron flux over the last days especially on June 12.
        at this point I would have to ask Physics: Physics only works with duaility: in my imaginations, protons or positively loaded Neutrons belong to the “gravity” “ANTIPARTICLES” The counterpart are all energetically expanding cinetic particles such as electrons. Also sun spots consist out of such “DARK MATTER”: 1. You won`t see any light penetrating a Sun spot . 2. The overall behaviour of Sun spots ( also sucking in thematter around in typical whirlpools) is identical with the behavior of an ( relatively small) ” micro-black holes.
        So- Neutrons- believed to be high energetic particles can also have counterparts.- means those which are positively loaded- means they have just more antimatter than energy charges so that their gravitity is stronger aith effects such as protons have.
        What happened on GOEShp during that geomagnetic storm on June 12 was a significant decrease of magnetic field density ( electrons) as typicallyobserved during impacts of proton/ positiviely loaded CMEs
        I observed this already several times and it seems that these special alpha loaded or proton CME really TEMPORARELY SEEM to DISCHARGE our geomagnetic field
        The unknown phenomenon of a radiation and geomag storm ( without any visible related solar enhancements) however might be such an proton event ( or caused by reactions among Protons and electrons forming Neutrons in the upper geomag field) typical for the last year in the 11 year cycle when the sun performs all kind and its strongest types of eruptions, Those events might be one of the real more dangerous events. I don`t know how Mars ever lost its magnetic field , but I would rather hope those proton eruptions/ events will remain rather rare this year.
