Spiral comet seen above White Sea in Russia?!

Signs of the Times site posted today interesting video from RealmLeaper – recent sighting of strange object that could be spiral comet, over Severodvinsk in Russia, that was captured on February 26, 2011. There were also unconfirmed sighting of similar or even the same object in Nova Scotia in February 24, 2011. According to NASA-s JPL Small-Body Database Browser site there was one comet in our orbit named 2011DQ, 24m wide that missed the Earth for 9,7LD. Could it be the same?! The ones who know more about data issued on official sites could tell, we are here just to report! We watch!
