At least four homes sustained roof damage in Cherry Crescent North, Westmoorings, with additional structural impacts reported nearby. No injuries or fatalities have been confirmed.

A rare high-elevation tornado occurred on the northern slopes of Sawtooth Mountain, Colorado, between 13:07 and 13:12 MDT (19:07–19:12 UTC) on September 13, 2025. The National Weather Service (NWS) office in Pueblo confirmed the event using satellite imagery and radar data on September 30. The tornado tracked 1.35 km (0.84 miles) with a maximum width of 87 m (285 feet) at an elevation of 3.4 km (11 300 feet) and was rated EF-U.
Tornadoes triggered by Typhoon Bualoi struck Kim Son District in Ninh Binh Province, Vietnam on September 29, 2025, killing at least 9 people and flattening homes. Bualoi made landfall earlier the same day in northern Vietnam, leaving at least 11 people dead, 17 missing, forcing the evacuation of more than 28 500 residents, and damaging nearly 1 400 ha (3 460 acres) of crops.

The National Weather Service issued a tornado warning for southeastern Utah and western Colorado.
