Huge sinkhole opens in Naples hospital parking lot, consuming several cars, Italy

A huge sinkhole opened up early Friday morning (LT), January 8, 2021, in the car park of Naples 'del Mare' hospital, Italy. No one was hurt but the hole swallowed several parked cars.
According to the local hospital district, the hole is about 20 m (66 feet) deep and spreads over 2000 m2 (21 530 ft2).
Chief firefighter Commander Ennio Aquilino said the hole might have been caused by recent heavy rains.
Operations inside the hospital were not affected.

This is NOT a sinkhole , you can clearly see that there is structure , concrete and iron is visible.
Underground parking collapsed , but how can any one say , there are no victims ?
