Landslide buries a pick-up truck in Peru’s Ayachuco region

A large landslide caused by days of heavy rain occurred in Peru's Ayachuco region on December 22, 2015.
The event took place about 320 kilometers (200 miles) east of country's capital Lima. Report with the video says that there were, at least, two people killed. However, according to newspaper Andina, there was only one casualty – the driver of the truck

Due to its mountainous landscape, such events are not rare in rural Peru. Landslides there kill dozens of people and destroy hundreds of homes each year.
