Cyclone Patrick hits St. Petersburg
The Atlantic cyclone Patrick has reached the Russian city of St. Petersburg and the region. South-wester is blowing at 21 metres per second.The dam gates have had to be closed to protect the city against floods. This prevented almost 15 ships from entering the city
