Very bright daylight fireball over France and Spain
A very bright meteor was seen streaking through the early morning sky over France and Spain at 06:46 UTC on January 16, 2024.
The International Meteor Organization (IMO) received 455 reports from users in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, Occitanie, Okzitanien and Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azu.
The object entered Earth’s atmosphere at a speed of about 115 000 km/h (71 500 mph). Its explosive evaporation began at 90 km (56 miles) above Sariñena and ended 44 km (27 miles) south of Mollerussa.

5) CAPTADO DESDE SANT FOST DE CAMPSENTELLES por Lina Aguasca de @MeteoSantFost. La perspectiva peculiar hace que el bólido, fruto de la ablación de esa roca, casi se dirija hacia esa estación de vídeo detección.
