Wandan mud volcano erupts for the third time this year, Taiwan
Wandan mud volcano in southern Taiwan erupted on the morning of November 23, 2023, for the third time this year.
“Wandan has been erupting quite often. This is the third time this year, and it erupted 3 times in 2022, too,” said Mark Tingay, a geomechanics and pore pressure specialist.
