Asteroid 2019 KT to flyby Earth at 0.85 LD on May 28

A newly discovered asteroid designated 2019 KT will flyby Earth at 0.85 LD / 0.00217 AU (324 627 km / 201 714 miles) on May 28, 2019.
The object belongs to the Apollo group of asteroids. It was first observed on May 26, two days before its close approach.
Its estimated diameter is between 13 and 29 m (42.6 – 95.1 feet).
2019 KT will flyby Earth at 03:48 UTC on May 28 at a speed (relative to the Earth) of 11.62 km/s.

This is the 24th known asteroid to flyby Earth within 1 lunar distance since the start of the year and the 4th so far this month.
