A bright fireball was recorded as it streaked through the night sky over Indiana at 01:04 UTC on December 8, 2021. The event lasted about 4 seconds.
The American Meteor Society (AMS) has so far received 39 reports from witnesses in Ilinois, Indiana, Michigan and Ohio, U.S. and Ontario, Canada.
