Bright fireball, loud boom reported over Lake Ontario, USA

A fireball was reported streaking through the sky over the state of New York, USA at around 17:09 EDT (21:09 UTC) on September 2, 2019.
The American Meteor Society (AMS) has so far received 19 reports from people living in New York, NY, Pennsylvania and Ontario, Canada.
The visual part of the event lasted several seconds after which residents reported hearing a loud boom.
