Intense hailstorms brings relief to drought-stricken Bloemfontein, South Africa
An intense hailstorm, brought on by a freak storm, plummeted previously drought-stricken Bloemfontein, South Africa on October 20, 2016.

According to media reports, a thick layer of fallen hail blanketed the streets of Bloemfontein, in a sight that much resembled to snow. The hail caused damage to some of the cars. However, a majority of residents were relieved at the sight, after a period of drought, and have expressed their happiness over the social media.
