Strong and shallow M6.3 earthquake hits Fiji
A strong and shallow earthquake registered by the USGS as M6.3 hit just north of Fiji at 16:28 UTC on December 19, 2021. The agency is reporting a depth of 10 km (6.2 miles). EMSC is reporting M6.1 at a depth of 40 km (25 miles).
The epicenter was located about 88 km (55 miles) W of Labasa and 206 km (128 miles) N of Suva, Fiji.
There are about 100 000 people living within 100 km (62 miles).
28 000 people are estimated to have felt moderate shaking and 600 000 light.
There is no tsunami threat from this earthquake.
The USGS issued a Green alert for shaking-related fatalities and economic losses. There is a low likelihood of casualties and damage.
Overall, the population in this region resides in structures that are vulnerable to earthquake shaking, though resistant structures exist. The predominant vulnerable building types are informal (metal, timber, GI etc.) and unknown/miscellaneous types construction.

THE PSEUDOSCIENCE THEORY OF MAN-MADE CLIMATE CHANGE WILL BE EXPOSED FURTHER IN 2022………………..The large number of earthquakes that took place in the Southern hemisphere in 2021 is another clear sign for the rapid changes in earth’s magnetic field. However, the impacts of the rapid changes in earth’s magnetic field will become clearer in 2022 and the pseudoscience theory of man-made climate change will be exposed further.
