Heavy rains triggered a large landslide in a construction area in Brasilia, Brazil, on Tuesday, December 10, 2019, causing four vehicles to fall on the bottom of the site. No victims were reported.

The cars were parked on an adjoining road into the excavation for a planned establishment. The incident happened just a few miles from Brasilia's esplanade of government buildings.

Aside from hours of rain, a broken water pipe at the job site was also said to have caused the landslide, according to local media reports.

Authorities confirmed that there were no bystanders on the area where the soil collapsed and the landslide only inflicted material damage to the vehicles.
