Bright fireball over the Netherlands, 112 reports submitted to IMO
A bright fireball was seen streaking across the sky above the Netherlands at 21:30 UTC on June 29, 2018. The event lasted between 3 and 7 seconds before the object disintegrated.
The fireball was seen over Vlaanderen, Friesland, Noord-Brabant, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Gelderland, Limburg, Utrecht, Flevoland, Zuid-Holland, Drenthe, Bruxelles, Overijssel, Zeeland, Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest, Noord-Holland, Wallonie, England, Groningen, Niedersachsen, Waals Gewest and North Holland, according to the International Meteor Organization who received 112 reports by 12:00 UTC, June 30.
