Another significant ocean receding event in Brazil, here’s what’s causing it
Yet another ocean receding event occurred on the coast of Brazil on Thursday, September 21, 2017, causing panic among people, not just in Brazil.
The latest event happened in Guaratuba, a city in the state of Paraná, considered to be one of the most beautiful beaches of Paraná.

For the past month and a half, numerous theories have been made about what's causing the so-called 'mysterious and apocalyptic' ocean receding events along the Atlantic coast of Brazil, Uruguay (and Argentina) since August 2017 and quite frankly, it's getting out of proportions.
So what's really causing the waters to recede there? To answer the question, we talked with Daniel Panobianco, the owner of De Olho No Tempo Meteorologia website, from Brazil.
"The phenomenon causing these events is completely natural, and is called a Dry Tide," Daniel said.
"It occurs when the wind blows with northeasterly force and 'pulls' the energy from the waves of the Brazilian coast. In addition, a persistent anticyclone in Brazil called the South Atlantic Subtropical High (ASAS) maintains the high pressure," he said.
"The moon phase also influences it," he added. "The phenomenon is natural, it has always occurred but it is more intense this year due to persistent ASAS."

Speculations on the Internet started in August 2017 during what is described as a 'great dry tide event' when some people started spreading panic and some websites picked up on it and recognized it as a potential milk cow, another event to spin and milk to death. So they started calling it mysterious and apocalyptic, and a number of clicky words, all the way completely ignoring facts, history and science.
The August 2017 dry tide event was indeed significant and historic, but not everything is a conspiracy, a mystery or a sign of impending apocalypse.
This specific multi-day event in August was 'caused by an intense anticyclone – atmospheric high pressure system – over the Atlantic Ocean that greatly intensified the northeast winds between the coast of Uruguay and parts of Brazil, where the phenomenon was recorded,' Daniel's De Olho No Tempo explained back in August.
This was not only a simple anticyclone, they said, but a rather powerful system with a core reaching more than 1044 hPa. "The counter-clockwise winding track became very intense and capable enough of carrying the waters off the shore, with the low tide."
The intense northeast wind first reached the eastern coast of Uruguay between Friday (August 11) and Saturday (August 12), where famous beaches in Punta del Este, in the department of Maldonado, were dry. The waters receded even in the capital, Montevideo.
In Brazil, the natural phenomenon lowered the waters of Lake Guaíba, in Porto Alegre, in Rio Grande do Sul and made the water disappear in many of the coastal municipalities of Paraná, Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina, and São Paulo.

"The effect of completely dry beaches, catwalks, and stranded boats fueled the visibility of people who disseminate lies on social networks to attract new followers and make money," they wrote.
"Some have even spread rumors that a strong earthquake hit off the coast and caused a tsunami. Such misinformation has created panic in people, mainly in tourists, who are not accustomed to seeing a dry tide and who then emptied their hotels and inns."

What BS to pander to tourists. This ocean recession is being caused by the earth shifting the tilt of its axis. The antarctic continent acts as a gyroscopic anchor for the tilt of the axis. The more the ice melts, the more the axis shifts. This can be best viewed on the summer solstice for your hemisphere. June 21st for northern and Dec. 21st for southern.
To see how this planetary shift affects the ocean, take a long pan & add a couple inches of water. Pull the pan quickly over a smooth surface & see how the water is forced toward the back of the pan. This is how the water recedes from the beaches in the opposite direction of the planets motion by inertia. Then stop pulling suddenly & see how the water surges forward. This is how tsunami waves are produced. Not by earthquakes. Quakes can only push water, not cause them to recede. The quakes with tsunamis are caused by the same shifting of the planet. Since the quake vibrations travel faster to sensors than water waves they are mistaken as the cause.
The speed of motion & abruptness of its stop dictates the size & strength of the waves which surge toward the beach. These can be gentle like the south American incidents in Aug 2017 or violent like the Dec 2004 Indonesian tsunami which killed over a quarter million people. It is not caused by wind or barometric pressure. Those are the products of quacks with limited imagination. The only wind which can cause the water to recede from a beach is a very large hurricane which pulls the water on the top half of its rotation & floods the beaches on the bottom half of the storm where spinning winds exceed 150 mph. There are no such storms occurring along these coastlines when the water recedes. These are axis shifts.
Humans are so small in respect to the planets size we cannot feel the motion of the planet any more than we can feel the motion of electrons on an atom. Nor can we feel the earths rotation of 1000 mph. We cannot compare planetary motion to riding in a car. We are more like bacteria in comparison to our size with that of the planet. The behavior of the oceans are our best gauge to detect any abnormal movements of the planet.
The problem is, there is no such thing as a “dry tide”. There is no entry in Wikipedia. If you perform a Google search, you only get a few relevant hits, and there are no search trend statistics for the term. Which STRONGLY suggests someone just made this term up recently. Which means that it is most probably false and a lie.
A few years ago, while looking thru my telescope, I followed a small round snowball looking orb thru the night sky. Would this be enuff to create a havoc such as the oceans and lakes receding?

I am 71 years old and have NEVER seen or heard of this happening anywhere in the world before 2016. We are being LIED to by the weather people! Just WHAT is going on? The “winds” did NOT cause the disappearance of sea water!

You’ll also find that most of the names for the recent funky cloud formations are also mysteriously absent from the historical record. Perhaps they used latin for these things prior to 2000?
the oldest reference I can find on the internet for “dry tide” is Venice italy where it happened in Jan 2016 and 2017. Is the term correct, is the phenomenon new or is there a problem with the expert opinion. believe me, I know the low levels of depravity in science and engineering
