Geoeffective coronal hole, geomagnetic storm in progress

geoeffective-coronal-hole-geomagnetic-storm-in-progress

A co-rotating interaction region (CIR) – the transition zone between slow- and fast-moving streams of solar wind – has hit Earth's magnetic field on June 14, 2016, sparking geomagnetic storms. As of 19:55 UTC, a G2 – Moderate geomagnetic storm is in progress and further strengthening is possible.

Geomagnetic K-index of 5 (G1 – Minor) threshold was first reached at 19:42 UTC. Geomagnetic K-index of 6 (G2 – Moderate) was reached shortly after, at 19:55 UTC.

Area of impact is primarily poleward of 55 degrees Geomagnetic Latitude. Under G2 conditions, power grid fluctuations can occur, high-latitude power systems may experience voltage alarms, satellite orientation irregularities may occur, increased drag on low Earth-orbit satellites is possible, HF (high frequency) radio propagation can fade at higher latitudes and aurora may be seen as low as New York to Wisconsin to Washington state.

  1. Quite the coincidence all these space launches in the last few days , due to this little storm ? and all the tweaking of the G P S systems Should be interesting to see the latest photos coming in from virtualtromsa .

    1. Here’s a coincidence.

Tropical storms form and strengthen during geomagnetic storms.
      And.
As the suns northern polar fields are maybe half the strength of the southern fields, southern coronal holes are more influential on earth.

The hole mentioned in this article was a northern opening. We have a Southern hole turning in now. It will cause the depression over the SW Caribbean to strengthen if, the Kp goes to 5 or higher.

Meanwhile, no geomagnetic storms now Sat June 18, AM.
That means the one 6.0+ quake we got when this hole faced us (About 72 hrs before it’s stream of speedier particles hit the magnetosphere.) As the new hole faces us, again before the stream hits, were gonna get another 6.0+, as it’s the southern hole, likely closer to 7.0. This energy is transferred by longitudinal waves of electromagnetism carried in the neutral region between the top (positive) and bottom (negative) areas of the heliospheric current sheet, at near light speed, causing resonant changes effecting the behavior of the magnetosphere.
During geomagnetic storms, this energy penetrates to the ionosphere and drives tropical storms and others but without geomagnetic activity, the magnetosphere maintains its symmetry as it is energized, directing that energy into telluric current flows that interact with the influx of opposite polarity energy coming down through the equatorial electrojets. Discharging occurs and that’s when 6.0+ quakes occurr.

8.0 quakes, as displayed by the 30+ we’ve had since the 70s, occur when the suns combined polar field strength either peaks, bottoms out or at the point when the suns poles cross over each other at the equator!
You can read the published paper on that here. It’ll blow your mind!

We are entering a Solar Grand Minimum. Happens like clockwork, every 400 years. The mechanism I briefly described, is driving the changes here on earth…again!
The notion that the Co² we exhale does is a bald faced lie, encouraged through the media and IPCC by the folks who stand to make billions off the millions who believe their computer modeled bulls#it.

Check out Piers Corbyn… But not on Wiki-lies.
Look at his years of archived monthly weather forecasts. Compare them to weather records in the US and Europe.
This meteorologist/physicist has been accurately predicting severe weather over a month before as mainstream can’t do it past three days!
That’s because they ignore space weather.

There’s whole new fields of science opening up. Wide open to discovery.

      Gravity!
It’s not the dominant force on earth or in space…no matter what computer programs or astrophysics dividing by zero promise is “settled science” lol!

Watch what happens with this coronal hole. You’ll see that this is rationally based, predictable reality.

      Cheers from California.
