Mysterious illness strikes hundreds of flight attendants, causes rashes and hair loss – are ‘toxic uniforms’ really to blame or is it Fukushima?

Hundreds of Alaska Airlines flight attendants have filed a formal complaint about uniforms they suspect might be causing their skin to rash and develop lesions, and their hair to fall out. But based on the timing of the symptoms and their relation to similar symptoms in local marine life and polar bear populations, it appears as though radiation from the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster may also be a potential culprit.

KING 5 News in Seattle, Wash., first broke the news about the “mystery illness” that has reportedly affected at least 280 flight attendants thus far. According to accounts, those afflicted by the condition say they have developed persistently itchy skin, skin lesions, and hair loss, all of which they suspect may have to do with newer flight uniforms that allegedly contain tributyl phosphate, a toxic organophosphorus compound linked to skin problems (http://www.rightdiagnosis.com).

But not everyone is convinced that the uniforms are to blame, including Alexander Higgins who recently connected the dots to discover a potential link to the Fukushima Daiichi disaster. After comparing the flight attendants’ symptoms to those reported on polar bears and marine life from the northwest U.S. throughout the past year, the timing and correlation of the two is highly suspect.

Are Alaska Airlines flight attendants suffering the effects of nuclear radiation fallout?

Back in April, AlaskaPublic.org reported that an alarming number of polar bears living in the Beaufort Sea, which is located just north of Alaska and Canada’s Yukon and Northwest Territories, were turning up with skin lesions and Alopecia, which is another name for hair loss. And before the polar bears, it was apparently ice seals and walruses living in the arctic that were suffering similar symptoms (http://www.alaskapublic.org).

Upon these discoveries, it seemed as though scientists and biologists tried every which way to avoid tagging nuclear radiation as the cause, blaming viruses, bacteria, and other factors as potential causes. But all of these hypotheses have failed, under further scrutiny, to prove true, which leaves one major elephant in the room that is not being discussed: nuclear fallout from the Fukushima Daiichi disaster.

Based on the timing of when these creatures began to suffer their horrible symptoms, as well as the nature of their symptoms, it appears as though radiation from Fukushima may at least be one of the causes of this mystery disease. And the striking similarity of the animals’ symptoms to those of the Alaska Airlines flight attendants points even more heavily towards a nuclear radiation link in the latter case as well.

In any case, there is little or no chance that the mainstream media, the Association of Flight Attendants, or any other prominent group will dare question radiation of Fukushima as a cause. After all, the public has been deliberately left in the dark the whole time about the true severity of Fukushima radiation, which we recently reported has been far worse than what we have all been told in the official story (http://www.naturalnews.com/035847_plume-gate_Fukushima_radiation.html).

  1. I was on vacation in virgina and a couple of days after and it lasted about three days the weirdest head ache. this happined durring the week of the disaster.Ihave been taking zeolite and negitivly charged powder mixed with green tea. It has been added to bread to remove radiation . I have also been using diotomacios earth, this works the same way. These products are used in animal husbantry for years for many health improvements. I have been using them for lymes but all these other benifits can make a person think! I also have been using several different liquid iodines. An on line book (Secrets of the Sea ) by Dr Cris Robin . the brands are many and diverse. IOSOL is the safe one! Lugols ,SSKI , ATOMIDINE, kelp is the sea weed and there are many iodine pills on the market. All these iodines are used in removing radiation, protecting the thyroid! I really don t know all the ins and outs but I really think the government is not telling us much. The people collecting the trash on the beech seem to be checking with radiation meeters and are not finding much . I guess well find out soon enough!

  2. Keep on publishing these informations: we need them!

This quote applies to people like you who are not afraid of saying it as it is:

”Here’s to the crazy ones, the misfits, the rebels, the troublemakers, the round pegs in the square holes… the ones who see things differently — they’re not fond of rules… You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them, but the only thing you can’t do is ignore them because they change things… they push the human race forward, and while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius, because the ones who are crazy enough to think that they can change the world, are the ones who do.” — Steve Jobs, US computer engineer & industrialist

  3. Also could be a combination of radiation from Fukushima and also the amount of radiation from solar flares. I have read the charts that there would be higher amounts of radiation danger to airlines in higer latitudes. Its. only gonna get worse from both sources.

  4. Reports of private citizens on long haul flights recording 100’s of microSieverts per hour are emerging.
Some American airlines have returned dozens of micros per hour inside the cabin on the ground.

  5. We have all the wildlife that have distinct signs of radiation poisoning, the Northwest is experiencing a whooping cough epidemic that I believe is directly related to Fukushima, remember all the infants who died last year immediatel after Fukushima so I can only imagine what all that radiation did to developing lungs… and now we have flight attendants in the Northwest having the same symptoms as the wildlife.

Where is the mainstream media? Isn’t anybody out there connecting the dots?

When do we evacuate the Northwest and west coast .. after reactor 4 blows?

Or will the schill media blame it on clothes, diseases and just random anomolies…

  6. It is unimaginable that full disclosure of one of the most deadliest disasters is not taking place. Even today, no one knows how many people have died (remember the 2-3 workers who had to be carried off the site!) Sadly, I predict there will be many such stories as this.

      1. I live in the Northwest and think my next purchase has to be some type of radiation detector. If Tokyo bay ceseium levels have increased by 10X of what it was in August, it means all the levels around here are just increasing.

Wasn’t it the Hopi’s who first warned of not bringing the yellow devil (plutonium) from the earth and they predicted we would be killed by burning ash from the sky. Most speculated it would be a nuclear device … who would have thought it would have been a nuclear power plant that is spewing forth poisonous vapors that are slowly covering the earth?

        Scary for mankind indeed.
